What To Put In A 35 Litre Tank?

Righty then, our lad has a 35 litre tank which needs stocking in some form and I'm hoping the good folks of this forum can suggest something interesting............

So far all that I have come up with is having 2 dwarf puffers in there.

So what would you put in there?

No other fish, 2 D.P's is pushing it, you could try a few shrimp, but they'll probably get eaten.

Betta OR two dwarf puffers OR a group of endlers/guppies OR a mini planted tank with green neon tetras (or something else tiny).

It's already been a guppy/endler tank and it got boring and very quickly over run with babies.

mutlties would be fine, but if the tank is the 35litre arc tank, then thats alot of wasted space as they would mainly use the bottom half of the tank.

i think what your trying to say is they need a bigger footprint rather than hieght?
