What Size Tanks Are All Your Bettas In?

At the moment a 4 gal (US) but I think after all your advise I may get a bigger tank ....

I heard that Betta's get nervous in a large tank because in the wild a lot of them live in puddles and even in horse shoe foot prints on the edge of rice patties.

But it sounds for your experiences that this is not necessarily the case

Yep, because they mainly live in the huge rice paddies themselves....if they are in puddles they wont be there out of choice.

I have one male in a 50gal community .

One male in a 12 gallon...with 2 croy's which im moving to me 36 gal. SO, deciding if I should leave it to himself or give him tank mates?!

I have one male that I bought a month ago. When I brought him home I put him in a 10 gallon tank with four C. sterbai, just because it's one of my few tanks that are heated right now. He seems to be getting along well with them so I haven't set him up on his own yet.
