I fell in love with Puffer fish a long time ago, have kept Brakish f8s but never the puffers I would really love:

Fahaka, always loved Sir Minion's Martha (but obviously not a marine fish)and fell in love with Porkies (Porcupine Puffers) when I saw Andywg's lovely fish.

So my fish is a Porky, but I wanted a reef, so no Porky for me yet, but one day............

Mine would be the porcupine puffer, they were the puffs that I always loved before I realised puffs could be home pets! One day one day...We need to start a smaller marine tank first :)

mine would be Volitans Lion fish. Always intended to make these my first foray into marine but just never happened

Infact my 5 ft may be converted!!! :hyper:

Seffie I always wnated a Fahaka as well after seeing Sirminions brilliant pics of Martha. wonder what happened to him?

I have 2 that I would love to keep one is slightly unrealistic I suppose.
Ice always wanted to keep a Brazilian dragon moray eel (the one with the wobbly things ontop of the head) but I don't imagine I ever will.

I would love to one day keep an octopus, it can be done if water quality is good and stable and the tank is escape proof.
It's finding am octopus on the uk that's hard.

I always had a dream of an octopus as well, funny enough watched a great programme on giant octopus as well

Don't you find octopus a bit scary  I imagine them crawling out of the tank at night

A Dragon Moray, crikey O'Reily, now that is scary

Ah seffie that's where glass locks and well sealed lids come into play.

I followed a blog some time ago about a chap keeping a 'pus' he said they will tolerate nitrates from 50-100ppm but are real fussy on salt levels.

His never tried to escape but would stick itself to the glass and feeding times and would take the food straight out of his hands.

One point to remember is never buy a blue ring octopus, very bad idea.

Ps they have a dragon moray in my LFS as a display fish, he is a superb (if a trifle snappy) fish.

Easy but it is not just one thing.

A pair of Harlequin Shrimps they are awesome creatures but as they need starfish to survive I think it would be to much trouble to keep

A Sargassum Trigger these are stunning and act just like a little puppy ;) I could get away with one in my current setup but I dont fancy loosing inverts ;)

Cuttlefish tank but they have to short a life and best left in the wild :)

I would love to keep jellyfish. They are beautiful and fascinating creatures, but it is the lack of space we have ( already have a reef tank and SH tank) and setup cost.

mine would be the day i raise dolphins, whales, beluga's and Shamu in my 100 billion gallon tank :hyper: .
