If the 20H is new and has no fish yet, it is in effect a QT tank (for your first group of fish).I have a 20 high but my space doesnt allow for a smaller quarantine tank (neither does my budget) so im wondering what to do?
I really want peacock gobies/gudgeons but I can only find them online. I want to get them from liveaquaria.com is that ok?@Colin_T summed it up nicely.
We never had quarantine tanks in the past, but buying fish online was something the average person did not do... if the internet even existed back then.
We bought from good local shops and never had a problem. The one shop would quarantine the fish he received in his basement tanks before transferring them upstairs for sale.
I've heard good and bad about their live fish online/delivered, I'd go with TWS instead: https://www.wetspottropicalfish.com/I really want peacock gobies/gudgeons but I can only find them online. I want to get them from liveaquaria.com is that ok?

I noticed I cant request gudgeon for females... Thats a problem because the males are aggressive. So I need at least 1 male and 2 femalesI've heard good and bad about their live fish online/delivered, I'd go with TWS instead: https://www.wetspottropicalfish.com/
Then, essentially, your tank is a QT tank....this one timeNothing right now
Ive heard they fight thoughPeacock gudgeons aren't aggressive. Having more males means more babies because the males look after the eggs and fry.
