turnover rate isn't really going to affect nitrate levels, which is what ultimately gets Farlowellas. you're just going to need to do lots more waterchanges.

allow me to suggest that you buy no more fish until you can actually put things into the 38g. both of your tanks are majorly overstocked. you really ought to be doing daily water changes, too.

The candy stripe pleco and two glowlites will go in the 10

I forget the brand. I'll check it wedensday and check with you all before I consider getting it thursday.

edit: and do keep in mind, pretty much everything save the danios are in a juvy stage.

In that case, I hope you do realize that you will need a larger tank later on. Like I said before, it sounds to me like you didn't plan any of this out before you went out and started buying fish.
