Oh and I forgot to mention, I only used one pound of elk meat and then used black beans to "stretch" the meat out a bitAlright @WhistlingBadger... I've finally done it.
A bit too creamy I think. Too much flour I mixed in LOL.
And it was ground elk I used, not chucked meat. But hey, it's still elk!
My parents and brother say it tastes really good!
(My brother is hard to please with food so that's awesome )
