I have a feeling her pinky finger will take a LOT longer to heal than most now... 🤣

But as far as sexual assault? Women have almost full power in the courtroom then.... Its sad the culture we live in.
This is not the time or the place but you really need to research the amount of rapes that actually get reported, the amount that get to trial and the number of those that result in convictions. It will change your views.

Oh yah. I know they don't NORMALLY report cause they are afraid/embarrassed to which is really sad. But, when they are reported that's how it goes.
I've never heard of a woman's case not being believed when it comes to assault. Which can be really good OR really bad.
I mean just look at what @jaylach brought up with that story about the guy who spent 11 years in jail and did nothing wrong. The lady just had something against him. She knew she could get away with lying. And it worked all until she finally said the truth...
Same thing with the other story of the girl that accused a guy of r*pe. She lied and got away with it until she finally said the truth...

If theres any discrepancy in a case like that, the women wins 99% of the time. It's unfair and makes me sick they can get away with that.

Actually that is totally wrong. Yes, I put up a case where the guy was wrongly put in prison but that is not the norm.

In the majority of cases the woman that was attacked is treated as the cause, not the victim, and this is totally wrong and part of the reason as to why so few cases are reported.

In my humble opinion the way litigation is done in such cases is a travisty in both directions. Such cases are tried on emotion rather than fact and that is in total violation of how the judicial system is supposed to work.

Too often it is "why were you dressed like that" and "why did you dance with him". These things are non factors and brought up by the defense to try to make the victim the cause. All that should matter is if or if not mutual consent was given.

I see this point of view quite often with men who have never experienced this or known someone who has. That is so untrue :(

Yup. Sadly.... That's the case. Its really messed up

Yah I bring up the point that there ARE women who fake these scenarios to "get back" at a guy or something BUT, there are WAYYYY more honest cases then false I'm sure. Women are assaulted a lot and its sad. Women shouldn't have to worry about taking a walk or going to the store.

And yet we do. Just two days ago I had to find a store employee and hide in the back of a store after being harassed and followed.

That's so dumb (not you, just the circumstance. The fact that it happened.)
So, you have to put up with this on the regular then? Weird men stalking you and stuff?? That's just so wrong... Can't believe people are like that 🙄
