What are you doing today?

Can you do weight lifting?
It could help with balance, strengthen muscles and bones and maybe help reduce the amount of time you spend in hospital.

You can start off doing things like squats, or lifting a plastic water bottle. Gradually increase the weight.
I can’t. Physical therapy made my body decline faster unfortunately

Following up on that it’s an ehlers danlos thing it’s common for us.

Well I came in for a sprained/broken ankle (bad sprain and ligament tear- makes sense, almost never break with EDS, only bend)
And ended up being admitted, and will be transferred tomorrow for a potentially life threatening cardiac condition. Not how I expected the day to go. First day all week with no doctors or hospitals and that night I get admitted. Can’t catch a break

That's not good... Please keep us updated. I pray that you'll be out soon and you can get a break from the hospitals for a while

Just been reading a news story that is still breaking

A child's skull was found on Saddleworth Moor, not far from where other bodies were found back in the mid 1960's. They were victims of the Moors Murderers Myra Hindley and Ian Brady. (Those wondering who/what/where can easily Google, its heartbreaking)

One victim, 12 year old Keith Bennett has never been found. His mum, Winnie, and the rest of his family searched almost every day and in all weathers for Keith. Sadly she died never knowing where her little boy was.

I am hoping so much that the remains found will be Keith and he can finally join his mum and be at peace. His family have suffered so much, suffered too much.

My dad was a prison officer back when the murders happened and he had to guard Ian Brady for many years and Brady always refused to let anyone know where little Keith was. Both Hindley & Brady are dead now, both died as prisoners serving time for their crimes.

Really really hoping little Keith has been found at last. His family have lived a nightmare for long enough....he needs to go be with his mum.

Sort of a good thing you went in then I guess… at least they’ve found something serious before it gets serious if you get my drift… (everything happens for a reason)

Just read the Wiki article on these two....people....wow....never knew about this

The words Moors Murders still sends chills down the spine of anyone who was alive in the '60's. I was the same age as some of the victims.
Oh, wow....reminds me of the "Candy Man" murders back in the '70's, when I was a kid....easily found with a Google search, as well, but like the Moors Murders, not for the faint of heart...

I'll just be doing school for most of the day, then I go to Frankfort to drop something off at UPS. Pretty boring day.

I went to a local store to get a product for my dog, and while I was there I looked at the tanks. A 20ish fish catcher came over and asked if I needed help, and we got talking.

She was successfully breeding tetras, but having problems. No kidding. Breeding tetras is not easy, and is the measure of a serious breeder to me. So we talked more. She has bred 30 species. At one point, she wanted info on a fish she had and pulled out her phone, saying she never improvised or made $%$% up because real info was easy to find. She looked it up on a credible site and kept talking.

The stereotype of the uninformed fish seller went down life's water change drain. I wish I had known as much as she does when I was 20.

There is hope!
