What are you doing today?

I totally agree. I was only induced as I was overdue and the baby was large (Grandma nearly died when my father was born).

To be fair to the doctors, they did want to induce son's partner yesterday (Sunday) but she said it was her son's 16th birthday (previous marriage) and she didn't want to spoil it for him.

On holiday (30C) so went for a swim in a beautiful lake

why do you have sores in your mouth?
are you vitamin B deficient?
maybe take a multivitamin supplement each day for a month and see if it helps.

Just the average sore... Not anything abnormal.
Also I'm in my teen years so... Hormones :unsure::/

Or wait. Do you mean a canker sore?
That's what's on my lip now and on the back of my throat I believe... That one near my molar is just really irritated and I don't think that's a canker sore. The others though are

If you have a herpes virus cold sore, they usually appear when you are stressed out and not eating well. Vitamin and mineral supplements can sometimes help get rid of them sooner.

What average sore. Never had a mouth sore in my life.
Most people don't get sores in their mouth. However, the herpes virus is becoming more common and apparently infects about 1/4 of the population. It's nearly as bad as stomach ulcer bacteria (Helicobacter pylori), which infects half the population and causes about 10% of infected people to get stomach and intestinal ulcers.

No snoggin people with sores :)

Doubt that... Sorry. Just like my former friend who said he's never lied in his life...
I haven’t had sores either lol, especially three at once

Hm... Weird.
I guess it's just one thing you don't need to be concerned about...
I still find it very suspicious that you guys have NEVER had a mouth sore... Seems "too good to be true".

That's true... Around the time I'm stressed (I have been) I tend to get a few sores or grind my teeth... It's just a nervous habit when I grind my teeth but another one is chewing my cheeks... Sounds gross when I say it, I know but again, just a weird nervous tick I have where I "chew" my cheeks

You need to try and avoid grinding your teeth because it does long term damage that costs a lot to repair.

I used to bite my cheeks all the time, it was accidental but every dentist I have been to comments on the scarring inside my mouth. It's quite painful too taking a piece of cheek out.

Time to find a hobby that doesn't stress you out :)
Maybe try meditation or just talk to friends or family about whatever is stressing you out. Stress also causes long term heart damage and increases the risk of stroke so the more you can reduce it, the better for your short and long term health. No pressure.
Just gives him more to stress over :)
