Juwel and Fluval are European made, hence its easier for us to get them. You guys in the US get everything much cheaper than us though as mentioned.

Juwel tanks aren't bad if you don't mind the odd dodgy heater, a filter which most people replace and lighting that is too low for most plants. hehe.. Other than that I am happy with my juwel.!,

I would actually like to live in the US rather than the UK (for fish purposes only).

I find that you're tanks are actually cheaper than ours, look at glasscages etc. The fish and equipment are much cheaper. Over here glass prices are alot, which limits the size of the tanks many of us can afford. If I lived in the Uk I know I would be able to afford a much larger set up than I can in the Uk.

The one and only thing that America has in favour, in my opinion, is money. We in the United Kingdom pay tax on everything. And our pay is taxed before we even see it!
And tax is way too high. And going towards things we don't even want.

I'm told I could earn a good wage in America. And that I should go there. Maybe I should? I could buy a great tank.
