Eggs can vary anything from 3-7 days dependant on species & tank temp.
Hey ,those eggs are looking good and quite close to hatching
- could possibly be pepper eggs,has bronze would possibly have hatched by now...

So they look good then? Cool - this makes me very happy
I was studying my peppered last night and I think there's 2 males a 2 females. I read something about peppered having a slight difference in their dorsal fin. I think it said the males are slightly more pointed and the females more rounded - working with that and the size and shape I've come to the 2 of each conclussion.
There is one peppered that was looking pretty smug last night and judging by the size I'd say she's the mummy to these eggs.
Am I allowed to be excited or am I heading for a fall hmmm

It look promising - but i know what you mean though about not getting too excited,i'm the same even with new batches, 
- but i reckon you may have wee fry in the next 24 hrs or so if not sooner

thank you and thank you for your help and support (and everyone else that's commented too!!)
One last question (for now) If/when they hatch, should I leave them in this bottle or set them free into this tiny 10 litre tank that my Dad has leant me? There's no filter in it, just a heater and air stone.
I am planning to take all my guppy and platy fry (in my 25 litre tank) down to my lfs early next week so the filter from there could be moved into this little tank as I want to strip the 25 litre tank down and give it a good clean.

Personally i would keep them in the bottle until they're about a week old,with an airstone in there,some moss etc,has long has you change the water daily from the parent tank,they should do ok.
Dont worry about feeding the first 24 hrs or so, they have eggsacs which they will live off for 48 hrs or so,and only feed minimal 2-3 times a day
Might be a good idea to have another bottle on the go and transfer them to that daily so you can keep the bottom of the bottle free from crud building up.Then that'll give you chance to clean the tank ready to take them when they grow a little
