Trying To Breed My Cories

That's been my thinking, too. They really do just fine on ground up flake food. I have a tank full of them to prove it!

okay, thanks guys. My adult cories like the pellets I feed them. I have a pestle and mortar, I guess I could grind one up and feed that ... still no sign of hatching though yet so I may not get that far this time

If they get fungus they'll look fuzzy. These don't! Keep your fingers crossed!

don't count your corydoras until they've hatched then when they do you can do this -->

I'm feeding bloodworms for the 2nd night running

Hehe, mine are having frozen daphnia tonight. They got bloodworms the other day - the kids were fascinated!

my cories arn't keen on the Daphnia. The platies and guppy love it though

It's an experiment, they've never had it before so we'll see how it goes. P@H had 5 for £10 on frozen foods so I got 30 blocks of daphnia, 30 bloodworms, 30 artemia, 30 mix and match and 30 cyclops (not even sure what they are LOL). So, I'm giving each a bash every few days, see which ones go down well

oh right, well mine have never had any of those (other than bloodworm and daphnia) so I'd be interested to know how you get on with it

okay, I've just realised that I found these eggs on the morning of 2nd June, it's now the 6th. If they are cory eggs shouldn't they have hatched by now?

doesn't it depend on species as to how long they take?
