Totally Ot Of Bettas...but I Read A Ghost Story

perhaps this should be a different thread, but who else actualy believes in ghosts/strange phenomon or has actualy seen one.

I for one have seen far to many weird things to rule out the existance.

Considering I spend most of my summmers camped in strange abandoned forests and abandoned lakes I have seen far too many strange things to not believe in ghosts TBH, also I think I have seen one in my old house in London when I was little, I woke up to go a toilet (this was a 7 bed house so pretty big) and on my landing, standing on the top of the stairs just before the toilet was a old lady in a gown just looking at me, I ran and hid lol :p

This was a thread started by a girl who was scared and can't sleep because of scary books and films she has read and watched.
And all we are doing is making it worse lol, no wonder she hasn't replied

As newfishy has said.. I've seen too many weird things to rule out the existance of ghosts.
I think I grew up in a haunted house.. a few actually.

Reading "true" ghost stories usually freaks me out really good.
Horror movies don't bother me though unless it's a zombie movie. I have a very weird relationship w/ zombie movies. I love watching them, but I am terrified at the thought of zombies, so much so that most of the time, whatever building we're in, I'll give it a grade to if it would be good in a zombie attack.
I know it's very strange, but I can't help myself.
Are there too many windows? Would it be easy to board up? Would it be easy to escape if zombies got in? etc etc etc :p heh

I'm not as bad as i used to be with spooky books or films, i can still sleep but i am a bit on edge if i go out on the dark landing.

I do beleive that some people stay behind after they die. My aunt is into contcting spirits and one night a young man came to her in our house, she had a convesation with him and then told us all about it the next day. After that the TV digi box would turn on for no reason - which was spooky cos all you could here was voices, the computor would turn on, or the monitor and scareist of all was when i was watching the fog and the front room door flew open. You could smell when he was aroung cos he had this really nice aftershave smell yet there are no men in out house.

Any way Constantine03 it looks like your far from the only one lol

I find that some of the things live people do to each otheris way more scary then a ghost, anyway, whenever I watch a disturbing(fascinating) serial killer show, the I follow it with a mindnumbing episode of "the girls next door" then I can get right to sleep no problem
