Light seems to better having the compact over the refugium at the back, did not need a flash despite the lights being off.

I did look to see if I could put that photo under the Bubble profile, but looks like we don't have one yet.

I saw the mouths on it the other day, trying for that photo next, I swear it looks like they have teeth.

I definately won't be putting my hand in the tank after lights out now.

Have been taking photos again today. Have been on my own all day and have been bored.


My hammer is splitting it heads

The other two heads not sure if this one is about split

My frogspawn just looks bigger every day but not noticed any new heads

My bubble seems to be expanding (I hope so) notice the protrusions

The clowns sleeping last night, the white mushroom did not expand properley till this afternoon (worried after electric episode yesterday)

My skimmer with BigC recommended mod- it works, I cannot hear it now.

What make is the clip on light over the hang on fuge. Is it a Solaris.
Give me some details including the actual bulb
and lastly can you give me some measurements, ie arm length, height & width

It is actually the light that came with the PKF Aquacube about 3 yrs ago, its Aquadistri aquacube 11w light and the tube is the original day light tube (Aquadistri) that came with the tank. I probably should have replaced the bulb by now but will see if it is ok if not will have to get a new one.
From the clip the height is 10cm, the arm with the light is 27cm and the width is 6cm.

excellent tank & pictures. I sometimes can never get a good pic then somedays i just cant stop! Very strange lol. Have you tried the paper diffuser?

I actually have not yet, is there a link to an origami version or do I just make a box??

Without your pointers aaron it would have took me a lot longer to get to grips the camera again. After holidays where I just used auto I had forgotten completely how to use the other great settings that come on the Fuji S9500.

I do need to try it though, am getting shadows and glare where I do not want them.
