this is BS

Bettamomma, don't you remember? You emailed this guy before and he brushed you off. He probably recognizes your email address. I think he needs to be taken off of ebay. The only way he will care is if his sales are affected.

BettaMomma, is there any way on eBay you can comment on his items...like testimonials I guess you could say? In other words is there a place underneath the pics of the aquariums, the link to his movie, etc. that you can post a message so that anyone who is bidding on his items can see, like a comment box? If there is you could explain to unsuspecting buyers that his item is an aquatic torture chamber and that no one should buy it. ;)

MOMMA!!!! WE CAN LEAVE NEGATIVE FEED BACK!!!!! EVERYONE ON EBAY IS ALLOWED TO ACCESS THAT AND IF WE SAY HE SELLS UNACCEPTABLE PRODUCTS, THEN MAYBE NO ONE WILL BUY FROM HIM!!!!!! YOU KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT DONT YOU?

EDITL Grrr, you have to buy something from him before you are allowed to write in that forum! that sux!

I didn't email this particular guy I don't think - I emailed people about the upside down broken wine bottle tank, and the gumball tanks bug I don't think I emailed this guy. i've never seen this video before - and I'd remember because it made me REALLY mad.

Look at this!!! 4 bettas in one tank!
eBay item
and this one... only 20 oz of water goes in it!!!
Alabaster, yes, that what triggered the memory, sorry I didn't give credit where credit was due!
God, those are small.

And yes, we can leave negative feedback but we need to buy something from him first. I have an ebay account, and I have a paypal account.
I'm really tempted to just buy one of them, and then when he sends it to me, I'll smash it and send it back... and in the meantime leave negative feedback.
hmmmmmmmmm :shifty:

As an eBay Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
Well, if you were tempted to buy one, I'd say use it to your advantage first. The video may be bad, but without buying the product we have no idea of size of hole, size of funnle, betta from all angles etc. The only problem with doing that is you'd have to put one of your guys/gals in it :/ . Through that evil funnel. But if you don't want to do that (I don't blame you) the easiest thing to do would be to take photos against a measuring tape of use a pretend fish.

I have an idea!!!
I could get it, and then contact him and tell him my betta wouldn't fit through the hole cuz it's so small!

LOL

I think that thing is horrid  that funnel really is scary!!!

One other way to deter maybe to email the bidders :shifty: - I think if you click on the name of the bidders you can send them emails most ebayers - and let them know how crappy this kit really is!

I personally would not buy one from him. I'd simply email him several times a day--just keep pestering until he talks. If he tries to block your address, simply create another at yahoo.com. I guarantee if 6 of us send him like 10 emails per day, he'll start responding. You could buy one and say that the betta can't turn around or swim, and that the funnel cased him to lose scales and get finrot, and you could complain to him about that so that the other bidders can see your comments. That's a good idea, but I personally would not buy a tank from him.

i can't see this working as it's all about the money for this guy as you can tell by the way he treats fish
Yah, your right, but bettamomma would only be buying ONE from him, which wouldn't be giving him a whole lot of money, and then she can post negative feedback, on how "her fish could barely move around-it got stuck in the funnel-it got fin rot from only being given fresh water every 3-4 weeks" etc. Then people will see this negative feedback, and HOPEFULLY they will consider NOT buying from him. But then again, they would see all the positive feedback, and say "well, only one person didn't like his tank, but 20 others had no problem with it" so it would be a gamble...
