Ok, I've been reminded of this whole thing, and I have to fess up - I haven't made a YP yet. But, that doesn't mean that I've given up - I've just been... distracted!
So, I solemnly vow to make a YP and I plan to take a few pics along the way to document my attempt. I will mention this: I will make it once or twice before I document all the steps. I like the idea of experimenting with food, so once I get the basics down, I might try something that is all my own.
Now, off to research how to actually make yorkshire pudding!
Also you can't have too many eggs in there - my theory is whatever is says on the ingredient list for eggs - double it! You'll not regret it I promise - you might be knee-deep in Yorkshire puds but they'll be good ones! lol
