And how might you suggest to go about solving the problem of mistreated fish if I'm going about it the wrong way? .

I'd love to hear suggestions because most people know I'm willing to try anything once. If it works, I'll try it again. and again. and again.

I suggest contacting the local media. Two of my local News programs have badger like reporters that love to cause problems with this type of situations. On many occasions they have taken a camera taped the problem and gone right to who ever is in charge. If they don't get answers they will go above that person. I'm sure they would love a chance to attack Wal-Mart. Your voice will be much louder when broadcast over the air waves.

I need to rephrase my "wrong way" comment. I should have said there is a better way. Sorry. If at the end of the day you feel you have helped, that's not wrong!
