That's what I'm saying..........I paid $180 for a floor model 36 gal tank with stand, hood & cheesey light fixture. No filter, no heater, no test kit, no gravel, etc.

They must have great deals in the Georgia craigslist!

That's going to hurt (for her) when they'll check how many PRIME bottles were sold LOL.

We must!!! Just last week I saw a 100 gallon full setup with an FX5 for $100. It ended up going for $150 though, as there was a bidding war between me and 2 others. I quit after $125 figuring they'd beat me out of my money's worth!!! Lol. Quite a few crackin deals fall around these parts, but if it does have a light then yeah that's a good deal.

Well here's the 125 gallon 6 ft long tank I was talking about:

That's my perfect tank right there! I can't justify $350 or even $300 at this point & I'm not sure where I'd put it either but I can dream can't I?

Wow! o_O Wish my mom would let me keep one of those, would only be double my current one, but then where would my room heater / fan go? -.-
But more importantly, how would I bring a 6 foot tank into the house without a car? Dragging a 150L 3 footer with my dad's help was no easy picnic...

It's more like 6 of your tanks FishBlast............it's 125 US gallons or 473 liters!

How do you bid on craigslist?

I meant in length. Not in capacity.

Gotcha! For a lot of folks it's too long to fit anywhere but it's perfect for fish because it has a huge footprint, which is considered better for fish than having a deep tank.

I said it again and again...I got rid of a couch to fit the 75g. :hyper: {we didn't actually need it, but still....

Unless you want to keep angelfish... In which case you get a long AND tall tank... o_O
I'd make a fish room (and by that I actually mean a room full of water and fish, not room full of tanks)... But where do I find a filter for that? LOL! And water bill would skyrocket.

To do water changes I guess you'd just open the window a bit.............

Hey Loverlies!

I just got 2 tiny baby Trilineatus Corys for my 20 gallon sand setup! That ups their population to a total of SEVEN!! Whoot!

Off to change my signature quantities..............
