I love when I'm debating on getting fish. Brings a little excitement to my life.
Off on a picnic now. J was sick last night but he's eating all around him now so hopefully it's safe to go.

I almost died last night... and not in a good way either...

I was watching T-We last night when all of the sudden I break out into the cold sweats.. My head starting pounding and I could hardly walk..

I took four adwill, and I think made thangs worse in the sense that now I was on the verge of throwing up too..

This whole episode lasted aboot three hours.. When my wife came home from work I told her that I thought she was going to come home to a dead body..

Glad to be alive today.. I thinks I will go to BT's Smokehouse for some bbq..

Could have been an anxiety attack . Unfortunately, they can happen without even having anything to trigger it. It's a horrible experience, glad you feel better now!

I had one of those last New Year's Eve. We had a party at my house with about 40 people including kids! The dog was barking, everyone was wasted & the kids were running around all over my house! I actually left for about a half hour and went for a walk around the block. I came back & it was cool............very weird feeling though.

Needless to say, no New Year's party at my house this year.

Hey Loverlies!!!

Zach wants a bigger tank & I think I may have found a good one for him! It's a 4 foot long 50 gallon with lights, cabinet, filters, etc. for only $125 about a half hour drive from my house.

Includes 2 lights, one of which looks like a Nova Extreme 48" T5 unit, and 2 HOB filters including a bio wheel. Probably the Penguin 200 from the looks of it.

The tank is acrylic though, that has me a bit worried since I've never had an acrylic tank before. Like the look of the rimless, edgeless clean lines.

Acrylic is better, just scratches easier, but the scratches can be buffed out if you're picky!!!!! He has a thread going not sure if you've seen it.

Yeah, I think it's a great deal, even if I had to change out the tank eventually. The light alone retails for about $200 but you can find them for $120 or so. Stand looks like real wood too. The guy still has it and I'll probably look to pick it up tomorrow. My wife is going to flip out...........

Okay, so here's the plan:

Convince my wife that I'm shutting down my two 20 gallon tanks in favor of one larger tank.

Use the Rena XP3 on this new tank and use the XP2 on the 36 gallon.

Keep one of the 20 gallons running to more slowly move the fish to the new bigger tank.

Sell one of the 20 gallon setups for $100 on Craigslist as a complete setup.

Got back from BT's a few minutes ago.. Got a pork BBq borito for the wife, along with corn and crab fritters (we will split those).. Got andooey bites, got st looey ribs and brisket, mac and cheese..

got a friend who found luzz in arkeyntuckery, so I bought him some rub, going to mail it to him..

Drinking a fine French Roast, and the wifey-poo went out for sugar bombs.. I ate four jellies and I am feeling it!!!

Got some lil guppies showing colors!!! Lots of yellow tails and blue dorsal fins.. I like!

Also got some wild guppies that I raised from fry starting to show color this is in a different tank.. So I got my first wild fry berned in my tank that is growsing ups..

I don't know what my dads up to, but it's something..... He keeps telling me how he read acrylic is better than glass and stuff and I checked our computers history and he was looking at aquarium kits..... Mainly the montery aquarium kit though..... Hmmmmmmmm...........

Wow, that sure looks nice & complete with the canopy.

I prefer the euro open top look of the acrylic with no rim on top. Show off that light fixture and let it breathe better
