Another odd thing: it still had the swim bladder in it. -__-

Hey Lovelies. I just tossed a bunch of guppy fry into my Angelfish tank. That was some good fish TV. I also accidentally squirted a fry from the turkey baster onto the kitchen floor, but it's cool, I was able to suck up the puddle.


My angels look fat now.

By the way, I'm talking about Mosquitoes...

Hey, we eat lambs on Easter. Not much difference. Lol.
I can't kill her though, I cannot even kill sick fish. Anyway, Arrie has returned to normal weight. But she'd better make it up by giving me a dozen fry!

I also feed my fish mosquitoes. Even the fry love them.

And I lost another fry Down to 4 now. I hope at least 1 survives to adulthood. It's been a long time since I successfully raised fry to adulthood. I have a beautiful male and female platy couple that I raised a few months ago and they are not fully grown yet and I love them

I eat pretty much anything, as long as I didn't kill it. If it isn't me that buys it, someone else will anyway, so not like they won't have sales. Even my turtle likes roasted lamb.
I make exceptions to cats, dogs, rabbits, mice, rats, certain bugs, maggots and certain fish. So I will never eat those, mostly because i don't see them tasty at all... even if they were, I have reasons to avoid them, such as having some of them as pets, while maggots I hate.

Yeah, I try to give my fish a place where they can pass in peace, so no one will peck at it and it gets frequent water changes so they won't be angry.

Poor fry...
I never managed to raise swordtail fry past 3 cm, and if stuff like this keeps happening with them, seems like I never will. Not only that they are stunted (5 month old fry merely 2 cm), but they are aggressive as heck! I never encountered this problem back in my noob days, at least I managed to get them to 3cm, only to have them bail out of the tank...
Had waaay more success with guppies, which grew like mushrooms after the rain and had 3 generations of them, until the sterile gen.

I'm mostly a carnivore, but I do like veggies when available. The infamous Brussels Sprouts are my second favorite, after Broccoli. At the moment, I am baking Pangasius in the oven. *in before pang owners get mad*

I wouldn't be so quick to rule out puppy or kitten.. they are quite tasty.. Had dog in Portugal and had cat in Columbia.. Alls I am saying is.. if you're hungry enough.. Also that was during my military days..

Nah, I only rule them out because they are on my list of creatures I like waaay too much. Though if hungry enough, I'd probably eat even cockroaches. (not like they won't be the only food left anyway... The Cockroach Company anyone?)

But if you raise your own cockroaches in a clean medium, and also cook them, darn! The new farming!
