Oh well Germany. Maybe when you've all grown up a we bit. Well done Italy though, a fine performance. Pirlo's a class act, he really is.

Obviously I am not happy that Germany didn't win. But can I just say - Italy was very lucky to have Balotelli. Once he was out they had chances to score more goals, but frankly all the other players are rubbish. They didn't even get close to aiming at the goal. Germany really upped their game second half, but obviously Italy has played more defensively. Shame really. They were the best team so far and should have been in the final. Now we have two finalists who just about managed to scrape through - Spain through penalties and Italy because of one good player. It's not fair! *sobs in corner*
