The Behemoth Tank

Bummer.

What will happen to the old AS? It will still be useful for other tanks?

Thanks for the info on altums. My LFS had some in this week. 8 Adults from a guy taking down his tank. They were massive, too big for my 150G. Beautiful fish though, nicer than colourful strains of discus IMO.

I'm offering the ADA AS free to anyone willing to help work on the tank as we replace it.
We have no use for it at this point.

It will just be added to the mulch area.
I'd stay away from large wild caught fish.
Smaller is better.

So, that's one of the biggest tanks you have set up etc, what is the smallest tank?

Lots of work removing the ADA AS:

Here it is right after the first refill after swapping the Eco complete:

Kudos on the aquasoil cleanout Tom I was reading about it over on PT.......respect :good:

Lots of work truth be told...........lots of work...........
You get good etc and learn more the more work you do.

Observing and reading will only teach you so much.........

damn i wish i was closed! i'd help out on that tank for free just to have a good look at it! :D

Water clarity is way up, even a few days after the rework.

It'll be about 1-2 months before things grow in well.

Such a great tank, by far the largest planted tank I've seen.
