someone ate the lower portion of one of my neons' tail fins. It hasn't affected his swimming very noticeably, but he's understandably a bit under the weather about it. Currently treating the tank with melafix (there are a few other ripped fins as a result of the lfs giving me several male and only one female black neon tetras). Is there anything else I should do? Or something I should use in place of the melafix?

ive found melafix good to help heal wounds also make sure your water is in pristine condition to help healing. id keep an eye on the neon to make sure it doesnt get an infection in the wound or if it starts getting picked on you may have to isolate him.
good luck
