I have 5 goldfish and I was interested in getting some tank mates for them. I used to have a rubber lip pleco but I woke up one morning and it had died the night before  I have 2 veiltails, 1 black moor, 1 common, and 1 fantail. The biggest one is about 3.5 inches(9 cm). I heard that tetras nip fins but I have also heard that they don't. Since I have long finned fish I was wondering if this would or not be a good idea. I also need expertise on otos. I was interested in adding a couple to my tank. My tank size is 29 gallons. It has a 50 gallon filter and 4 air stones. I am planning on upgrading to a 55 in the next couple of months. Do you suggest other fish? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks :good:

Tetras are tropical fish and need much warmer temperture than coldwater goldfish so you can't keep them together. Don't know about ottos but a weatherloach can live with goldfish in a coldwater tank
