Tank Equipment - Lighting Help At The Moment!

HELP SOMEONE!

I've just purchased a twin 55W T5 controller for my 175 liter tank. Will this be enough???

or would it be better to go for 2 x twin 36W T5 controllers instead???

If its better to go for the 2 x twin 36w option I may be able to change my order before it is despatched.

In the end I let the order go though and I now have the twinpet 2 x 55w power compact controller. I'm planning on getting the twinpet half white / half blue bulbs. Whould this be enough light for my 175L tank? The depth of the water is 18".

I've also now got my 2 Hydor powerheads too!! Only a bit more kit and I can get things started!!!!
