Stocking Ideas

okay so i have been thinking and i have had a change of heart with my stocking ideas on my 88L cabinet i am going to be starting up in the next month or so, one thing for certain is i am going to have cory's unsure on what sort of cory's as of yet, i like sterbia but will they stay small? what size will they grow too.
 
but for the midd swimming fish i haven't got a clue what to get, i like the colour of neon tetras. but i thought i shall open up this discussion and maybe people can pop some ideas towards me. 
 
bare in mind this tank will be heavily planted and high tech

Fish tank 30x15x12" £40.00 tank size is that

hardness i honestly don't know as i have no house to test yet, altho i did google it and the council report says 10.8 mean? means nothing to me sorry

just went to a small private fish shop locally and i liked the look of these fish

neon tetras, glow light tetras, harlequins, zebra danios

bare in mind i want 1 bn pleco and 10 corys

also my filter rate is near 20x what it should be

so 8 panda corydoras 1 bn pleco a shoal of 10 neon tetra  top feeders would recommend getting 8 of hatchetfish dwarf neon rainbowfish or 6 of danio or mollys (ballon normal or a mix) and a centrepiece i would say dwarf cichlids would owrk best with this tocking this is just a recomendation if you get other corydoras exc dwarf ones i would get 6 instead if you get silvertip rummynose neon black neon tetra or any other bullet shaped tetra i would recomend 10 if you get any barbs disc shaped tetra i would recomed only 8 ty for reading and only a suggestion

okay so i went to a proper fish shop today

very nice an hour drive from where i hope to live but its kinda wroth it as all fish looked in good health, and they stock better
 
so my preliminary stocking i (would like) not what i will get, does anyone think this is over stocking?

10 Sterbia Corydoras
 
A Selection of these if i can get all these let me know and i will but i have a sense they maybe over stocking?
 
8 Neon Tetras (max 3cm)
8 Glow Light tetras (max unknown)
8 Harlequin Rosbara (Max 4cm)
8 Burma Danio (max 2 cm)
8 Lampeye (max 3cm)

I have 7 harlequin rasbora and they make a nice little school hanging around in the top half of my 29 gallon tank. I think you will enjoy their behavior.
