I dont see how its holding you back...... its only a lid... have you got it plumed yet?

It is mate because if i have to get one made, they will need the base that the tank sits on as a template. So i cant move forward until i know whats going on. Dont want to do anything else until i know if i need to take the stand apart again. Plus i will need to paint it etc so this need to be done before anything else.

Im painting the back of the tank and installing the weir this weekend...but once ive done this its all resting on the lid arriving or being made. got the glass for my weir for £6! bargain! lol

Pipe work is all being ordered a week today, so ideally i want to either have the lid, or get one made and the stand painted before then.

Even if i get one made i still want the correct one that i payed you for already and have been waiting for nearly 3 weeks, so yes, i can wait to a certain degree but you have to understand that this is frustrating so please when i ask you questions dont get arsey with me. Gary are you able to give Benson a time scale - when might your friend be back? Benson, you will end up not getting the top if you don't play nice, it is understandable to be frustrated but it seems like Gary is as frustrated because he can't help you until his friend is back!

How about taking this off the forums and pm each other?
