Quite possibly no emergency here, but I figure this is where we post our concerns? In this video, the cory in question is the one that is mostly on the left to his buddy. The most clear part of the video comes between 0.50 and 0.59 when he does the right thing and sits still, right in front my camera. This spot on the tail is kind of more cream than white. Last night I spotted this Corydoras and one other rubbing on the wood and one of them was making a few sudden movements (that was not due to being startled by me or anything in the tank).

As you can see for yourself, it's not easy to get a handle on identifying white spot or similar when the the cory's are continuously playing in the sand. They are covered in grains of sand at times. I thought I noticed a couple of more "white" and smaller spots like Ich on another Cory last night, but I am not so sure now. But the flicking on the wood has been visible at times last 24 hours (before 70% water change).

Parameters
Temp 78 (usually 75 but it's warm outside today)
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 10
pH 7.2
KH 4
GH 6

Water is 20% tap and 80% RO

The only inhabitants at the moment are a group of Cory and x2 small Golden BN.
I have been adding live plants a couple of times over the past week, just rinsed in tap water and put in a bucket of water overnight, before adding to tank.

Last water change was 70% a few hours ago
Water change before that was 50% about 7 days ago

Aw, bless them, they are living their best life in that sand :)
No, I don't think that is ich. Like you said it is dull rather than bright white. Maybe a calcium deposit on the tail fin? Post new photos or video if there's any deterioration.

Thanks Naughts. You should I have seen when I fed frozen daphnia, they were head first in that sand. Was worried I would wake up to a couple of tails sticking out the sand and that some of the corydoras would have gone to cory heaven trying to get that last piece of daphnia out the sand :D

I do not see anything there that would cause me to take any form of remedial action. If fish are flashing, it is likely ich. But if they are not stressed, they will deal with it. After all, fish in the habitats do not get ich. And fish in the aquarium only get ich if they are under severe stress. Resist the temptation to dump in chemicals, these do more harm than good because they will increase stress and unless they are actually needed things will be worse off.

They look happy wiggling around in the sand! I love watching them snuffle around for food, great little characters.
