In my area of Fife, a 2 bedroom council house will cost you £57,000 to £80,000 roughly. That is depending on the condition of it. I’m a joiner and bought mine for £67K ripped everything out and started again, I’d like to hope it’s now in the region of £85K ish

We are in the yellow alert zone for storm Eunice - we were in amber for storm Duncan so in theory it shouldn't be as bad for us tomorrow. My brother-in law lives in south Wales and they are in the red alert zone, though.

In North Texas, about $250K for a nice one. Was less but we have people from California and Iowa moving in, and prices have gone way up.
