Sometimes this forum is lonely...

10gallon...so it'll be a 40x turnover xD
I can only test it in like 4/5 days after the silicone cures 100%...but then I'll be able to see what adjustments I might have to make like extra holes etc...
if the intake can keep up with the pump at 7 holes...return I can only add 2 more as I don't want any holes above the height of the return hole from the previous partition to prevent water "jumping"...
I really have to wait to be able to see what I need...but 7 holes on both sides "should" be enough....if there's too much movement I'll add a couple more on the return to disperse the water more...

I have a new Fluval Roma 200 on order from last week, waiting on that being delivered 😂
I initially wanted one of those but the curb delivery was an impossibility, so I bought a different 200 litre aquarium, stand & hood setup for a fraction of the cost and delivered to the room of choice. It was delivered last month, really lovely aquarium setup, the fish are happy and none of the hassle of getting it from curb to room.

Nice! What do you stock?

Ive been reassured from my LFS that because it’s a local delivery 2 guys will deliver it and help to get it in my house since my shoulder is broken. I will be able to build that flat pack cabinet if I take my time shoulder shouldn’t hurt too much then I will get a hand from the mrs to lift the tank onto the stand to start scaping 😁

I wish it was here now though cause the snow is now on and it would be a great thing to be doing.

This is what I have....

They do one with a cupboard underneath the aquarium too, again less than the bigger named aquariums

I liked it not just thanks to the price but the owner delivers anywhere mainland UK without charge. The aquarium arrived at just after 8am on a Sunday morning, they give a 3 hour time slot and sms you when you're their next drop off. Diversa are a part of Aquael of Poland, the aquariums/stands are really well made.

Stocking wise, its a very mixed bag due to moving everyone out of 5 x 60 litre aquariums into the one larger one. I have Rams, BNs, Danios, Cories, Ottos, Cardinals and an Apisto....its around the 60% stocked mark. All get on really well and new babies have already been hatched by the Cories, so they are enjoying the extra space.

Nice, I'll definitely have a look at the site!

I have the blue lighting on currently since its almost time for lights off (I am up and about at 4am, so their day - and mine - starts much earlier) The lighting that comes with the aquarium is a bit too jarsh for my liking so I replaced it with an RGB MCR that is 78cm long

Awesome, that looks really good!

Looks a good price also. Considering I’ve just spent almost £600 as I got the Fluval 307 external filter to go with it.

However my LFS literally just phoned me and confirmed delivery of my new tank tomorrow 😁 happy days.

I use an Aquael Turbo 2000 internal filter, with a double media can. Brilliant bits of kit, full aeration, you choose what media you want and where, they can go one or two can for the media and they are fully controllable on flow rate.....under 50 quid, I'm not complaining. I tried various filters, including external, but have yet to find anything as good as the Turbo.

Talk to the delivery people nicely, offer them coffee and they might assemble the cabinet and position the aquarium for you ;)
