the plec you have there is an L001 - it dosnt have a common name - but Planet catfish says it'll get to about 8"

What a beautiful tank you have there, blackangel. You take great photos. BTW have you ever thought of getting more live plants? That flamesword you have is looking really happy and healthy and they're supposed to be difficult to grow.

i'm hoping that isnt a sailfin plec as i was sold it as a gold spot. he is now about 5 inches long.

i havent got any plans on more plants but thanks for the compliment on the swordplant. i feed them regularly and it's doing well.

I can testify to that. I have one that finally outgrew my 140L tank in about 10 months...
