Should I Start Again

my tank has been running for 8 months. all water tests are fine. when i introduce fish they usually die within a few days and no idea why. should i empty tank and start again from scratch?

What are your water readings and what type of fish are you losing?

When you say all tests are fine.. can you give us a run down all those?

Amm,NO2,NO3,pH,KH,temp,tanksize,flowrate,clarity,mediatypes,etc.?

Sounds like you may have to start afresh.... but before you do, lets find out what the problem is (so it doesnt happen again !)

Please post test result:

Ammonia
Nitrite
Nitrate
Temperature

Filter type + media type

Any chemicals you add (such as dechlorinator, medications etc)

Fish types you have tried.

In fact anything you can think of ! lol
