Hmmm I have never heard of gold dojo loaches. I just searched for them, and now that I see the pic I believe I have seen them before. So how many do you suggest? If I can find them at my lfs, I may get some. But I may not be able to. I will look around.

they are also called weather loaches and com in a brown color as well. you can also use that website to look for other loaches that might be able to survive with the bichir

What would the minimum size loach be for a tank mate to a senegal bichir?

the minimum size would be half of an adult senegal bichir's lenght. so if they get to be 10-12 inches then the smallest fish youll want is a 6 inch loach

Yoyo loaches get up to six inches long. Can they be with senegals? Cause I already have two in my other tank, and they get along great with my red tailed shark so I was thinking they would do good in the new tank.

They are too delicate. They need a species tank for a group, one on its own will not be happy and die swiftly. Dont make this mistake.
