Liable is when you are held directly accountable for something you or someone did, if im not wrong....

Well, my advice: be honest the whole time. Be honest when trying to get the job, when you have the job (tell the customer you can't keep an arowana in a 2 litre bowl ), when you just might get fired (admit it as your fault if it was your fault) and always have a good work ethic, don't make people cry

This is good advice. If you don't know the answer to the question being asked, say you don't know and go find out. It's loads better than making something up.

I hope you have some evidence to back that up, otherwise such comments as the above run a very real risk of a libel case being filed.

jesus! Are you the owner? this is something i've been told from different aquarists in 2 other pet shops in leeds so no i don't have facts just word of mouth, if they want to sue me then bring it on, i'd love to meet the prick in person

regarding living death (armley road), they changed there name (not ownership) because the owner got charged for cruelty to animals, he has a few stores nationwide, when things go wrong he simply changes the name of the shops. I would never buy a fish from there but they have a fantastic selection - some real beauties, i wonder who there supplier is.

I hope you have some evidence to back that up, otherwise such comments as the above run a very real risk of a libel case being filed.

It's been closed at least twice (to my knowledge) due to the conditions it was keeping animals in (puppies, kittens, birds, etc).
