Restarting 15 Gallon Aquarium

I can't seem to find any reasonably priced ones in Wisconsin so I was thinking of buying them online, but then the shipping cost might outweigh the lower actual cost.

Have a look at bobstropicalplants, he seems to have well priced shrimps :)

Thank you! I just ordered 6 of them with the 2-3 day shipping because the other shipping prices were ridiculous. I read online that they should easily survive, but there is no live arrival guarantee so I'm still a little worried.

SHRIMP!
Sorry it's sideways, I don't know how that happened and all 6 arrived safely but smaller than I expected. The fish haven't paid them any mind though, so I'm hoping they breed!

Congrats! Glad to hear they all arrived alive.
Hoping they are frisky and fecund.

Glad they all arrived safely! Hopefully the fish continue to leave them be and they start breeding for you :)

Bad news... I recently found out what my LFS had labeled as a honey gourami is actually a flame dwarf gourami and I even more recently discovered that he has dwarf gourami disease. He went from being playful and active to just sitting and hiding all day, so I looked it up and he has all the early signs of DGD. :( It's heartbreaking really because he was such a personality filled little fish. I'm not sure whether to replace him with another once he dies because I'm scared it will be doomed to the same fate. I'm just trying to keep him comfortable in his last couple days now.

I'm so sorry to hear that! I'd be inclined to find a honey gourami from somewhere reputable so it doesn't happen again. Perhaps online? Glad he is being well looked after and loved.
