Reef Tank Water Changes

Thinking of using my S.American ram tank as a FOWLR. Could I use the water from my Reeftank's water change to fill it?

PH> 7.9 ish
NH4> 0
NO2> 0
NO3> 5
PO4> 0.0-0.5
Ca> 400 (+/- 20)


SG> 1.024 @ 27C

Would this would be alright to use in my FOWLR set-up?
