We recently noticed our Red Tailed Shark has some white tips on his fins. Is this normal?

So i guess next question is....... why did he get the white tips when he was previously all black? And will he stay like this even when fully grown?
Many species of fish take on new colourations and patterns when they mature, one of these species being the red tail shark. From photos online, I assume that those white edged fins are here to stay. Think of them like bleached tips lol
Absolutely nothing to worry about, Meg looks nice and healthy judging from how vibrant he is.

Thanks. We love him how he is so if he stays that way then that is also good. But no matter his colour we really enjoy watching him in the tank.
