I have a rosy red minnow that got these red spots on them. I can't find any thing like it on fish illnesses websites. It's my brothers fish, but it's in my tank and I don't know what it is and I don't want it to spread to other fish, so i put it in a hospital tank.
The minnow is normally all light pink, but the other day I noticed a lot of red spots on his body. Its not on his head of fins and the other rosy red minnow in the tank is normal looking. What are these red spots and how do I help the fish?
