Ok well i know how much the packaging costs and it is not far off two pounds per packet and you can see how much the royal mail charge (3 pounds 5 pence 1st and 7 pounds special). i am not in the habit of ripping people off.

Can shrimps be mixed with fish like dwarf cichlids?

Not if the fish can fit them in their mouths, which with cherry shrimp and dwarf cichlids would be the case. adults would be ok with general community fish like tetras.
