Never been much of a weight guy.Same every day I lift weights and do planks. Use to have to walk a mile to school and back every day before quarantine so that’s how I got my exercise.
Planks are good exercise for your core and arms. You can sort of "shift" your weight around, from your arms or your abdomen.
How long can you plank for? (I am just asking - I have never actually timed myself to see how long I could do it, I just usually do 2, 1 min. planks per day.)
