In the States, UPS driver routes are mapped so that they almost exclusively make right-hand turns during the entire route

I'm the LAST person to recommend more regulations, but mortars are a bit dangerous, especially when combined with the IQ bell curve, and the curve possibly shifted left with ethanol.

I had one mortar tube rupture and was VERY glad I lit fuse and got away.

I can also imagine some idiot lighting one sans mortar tube, or worse, dropping one in a light gauge metal can, or even worse a glass jar.

People who are drunk just shouldn't have fireworks on hand and they should have a loyal, sober friend help instead
