The air cushions really don’t do anything for you. I didn’t get the shoe for the air cushions, I got them because I liked the style.

I’m still mad that pair was so cheap though. I am going to fight this thing. They were $100 for crying out loud!!
Definitely go back. Although Lebrons are made for indoor they shouldn’t pop that easily, they can get pretty scuffed up before they pop...

I'm sure if you can't return them, Nike will make it right. They're a big company. I bet they send you out a new pair. But I would think the store would refund you for them or exchange for something else.

It’s funny, because this guy told me that last night, and he said that because I was wearing LeBrons outside, I was “sus”.

But one of his super popular friends wears LeBron 17’s on the same exact court...

I think they may have been used or something, because I came down hard on that side and BOOM.

Definitely will!

I’ll ask my mom if we can try to return them. The workers at the store where super toxic when I got them, not caring about anything.
Write to the company that sells them and that makes them, and bypass the workers. You usually get a better response from people working higher up in the company than staff selling items.

Shoes shouldn't pop simply because you are using them outdoors. Hell, most of the time you walk around, it is outdoors on hard surfaces (footpaths, roads, etc). And they shouldn't pop even if you land badly.
Just don't tell them you landed on the edge.

Ughhhhh those kind of workers are the worst. We were in a fast Food drive through once, and my mom was thirsty so asked my dad to order her a Gatorade (we were working in yard work and had to run to Lowe’s, so we were all thirsty from working out in the sun) but to make sure it wasn’t sugar free, so my dad goes “could you by any chance tell me if the gatorade is sugar free or not?“ and she goes “I dont know sir, you should probably just read the board” and he goes “Oh, well we did read the board, it doesn’t say. Is there any way you can find out?” And she goes “There is not really any way for me to know that“ so my dad was just like “um ok”. The way she said it was snarky. but like COME ON PEOPLE. If you are gonna have A job, can’t you at least TRY to do it well? I just do not understand some people!

PK I hope you can return the shoes! That is so awfully disappointing!

Well, so here’s the story:

I went to try on the shoe, but they only had 1 on the box. (To prevent theft of the pair of shoes) But, I needed both shoes on, to try the stopping/traction/shock absorption/feel/support, because it’s near impossible to get a feel for them, with only 1 one.

So I went up to this bored looking employee, and said, “Excuse me, may I please have the other one of these shoes, so I can try them out?” And he snootily replied, “you get the other shoe once you check out”. And I was like, “Ok... but I need both shoes in order to try them out properly”. The. He rolled his eyes and said, “Ugh, I guess I could go get the other one for you, wait right here”.

So there I was, standing there, dumbfounded by how overly toxic this middle aged man was.

He finally gets back and said, “Here you go bud, just make sure to bring it back to me if you don’t end up buying them.” So I politely said, “Yes sir” and walked away.

Then, at the register... I couldn’t hear myself think over this women’s depression. I mean she just did not care.

My mom asked her about halfway through of her (very slowly might I add) checking our stuff out, “Do you know if any of these stores bathrooms around here are open for use?”. And she reply’s, “I don’t know”, and just goes back to doing her thing. Then my mom said, “Have a nice day!” And the worker just said, “Uhuh” and went right back to her phone.

People are just really rude these days.

Me to! I am going to go on Tuesday. If they don’t accept the return (which they probably won’t) I’ll email Nike with a complaint.

If I’m lucky, they will send me a brand new pair, so I will have 2 pairs! :hey:

It was almost half past four in the morning for us Brits, so that could be part of why so few people were on. There's a lot of UK members, which surprises me honestly.

What are your thoughts on werecats? ?
Yes, there are a lot of UK folk here.

They really are:dunno:

My shoes are just slip on vans ?
I usually just use Under Armor (I know, Stephen Curry all up in there) CHARGED sneakers, but I needed something designed for basketball.

I wear flip flops and rain boots from goodwill:rofl:

I take the LeBrons back today! I hope they just give us a cash refund, so we can order the same color/size off of Nike.com.
