It’s kind of phasing out and being replaced by games like Fortnight and Halo.

Yes it is phasing out:(
But... it is still fun to play

Sorry if this comes off as rude, but Minecraft isn't being phased out at all. Neither are any of the classic games that made up your childhood. In fact, a lot of them are making resurgences since this generation is obsessed with getting a nostalgia high and as a result of reboots, these games are more relevant than ever.

Some of the biggest gaming YouTubers ever returned to making Let's Play videos of Minecraft to profit from the sudden re-emergence of these old games.

Fortnite isn't even a bad game, if that's what you were getting at. It's free, and accessible by a younger audience and that's why it's popular, not because bad things get popular.

And Halo was a thing before either of us were alive. It's a classic game from 2001 that's making a resurgence due to ports being released on different consoles and new game releases.

And... As much as I like Minecraft, it wasn't even that good in its early 2010 heydays. The features were limited and we only look back on it fondly because it was a large part of our childhood. There's no reason as to why its early versions should be held so dearly except for the fact that it brings us nostalgia. Not to mention that its new releases (which a lot of redditors seem to despise) are one of the biggest things keeping it alive.

No matter how many new games come out, angry gamer dude-bros won't let Minecraft die. They'd die for that game, so rest assured that it won't be going anywhere any time soon.

I play PE, and yes, it is very fun.

Here are some of the things I have made, on my “Worlds longest rollercoaster” world. (Technically not the worlds longest, yet...)

It’s an insane world.
OMG!! That world is sick! And then i’m over here with my survival world trying to get my horse out of a ravine?

My dad works for the guy who programmed Halo - kind of cool. ☺️

It is still around, but it’s not near as popular as it used to be. Kids used to discuss Minecraft stuff all the time, but now they discuss Fortnight, COD, Halo, etc.

I’m not saying people don’t still play it (I still do from time to time), but it’s just not as popular.

Lol, thanks. That’s a tough spot to be in. I would create a cheap ramp out of dirt just to get him out. Horses can be super helpful. :)

Here is my best survival world. It’s not an up to date photo, but you get the idea:

I’ll get some up-to-date pictures of my world later. ;)

The only social media I have is Discord, Reddit, and Snapchat. I only use Reddit for memes and Snapchat for friends who prefer to message me on there.

I’m in a realm with about 20 people and rule over 5 of them as President. The nation is pure Democracy and Capitalism. We capitalized on everything and hove monopolies on a lot of materials. We kind of make the rules because no one can fight us except the owner who uses creative. Because of this I still thing it is amazing to play. And even if it does start to fade it still left a massive mark on gaming

I wanted to create a realm SMP for my friends but my mom said no. Your realm sounds cool though!

Can’t wait to see those pics! By the looks of it your doing well in that world! Imagine a TFF realm in Minecraft?. That would be fun with all of us building aquariums and stuff!

I’ve tried multiple ti,es to build aquariums on Minecraft, and they never seem to work out. I think it’s because the glass isn’t transparent enough and it’s to thick. Also you can’t light up water without it looks nasty. ?

The only thing I could think of are sea pickles which give off light underwater, or put sea lanterns underneath like a piece of sea grass to kind of hide it.

Wow!!! That is one longgggg rollercoater! Awesome world!!! Woahh.

I hope you save your horse!

I tried making an aquarium, I wish there were more aquatic plants and that the glass didn't have those lines I asked my sister for help, and as you can see she just placed sea lanterns everywhere

Honestly though, I think my favorite game is Planet Zoo. I don’t really play video games much, but oh man I love Planet Zoo. I actually built a replica of my 55 gallon tank on there

I tried for two hours and no success... I now have a lot of cobblestone though so i’ll just make a stair case. The aquarium looks good! If you use blue stained glass it will look like those lines don’t exist.

What is your job?
I work at a place called ToyBurg. (You can actually Google it)

Anyway, it’s an awesome family run place. It’s more factory work than anything, but we occasionally sort Jolly ranchers out by color and sort lego pieces by specific piece numbers.

Not rude at all, in fact I agree with your statement.:)
