Rainforest

Oh and just bought this, do you think it will fit lol?

I know where that came from! I've been watching that seller for a while, he's got some great pieces - just wish he wasn't the wrong side of the M25 :(

Lol, I've been watching too, want something for a huge scape in about a year or so and I've never seen a piece like it so had to have it. :)

Ooo, nice wood. Lots and lots of potential there.

PS Steve, your plants are in the post. I included a couple of very small trident plantlets as well, so keep an eye out for them.

You may want to check them for snails and Hyallela azteca when they arrive, but they should be free of duckweed/hydra/planaria or any other nasties.

All you guys who do the really nice scapes use flippin’ flickr!!! Which means I cannot skive on your threads at work - I don't think you know how much this inconveniences me! :p

Hang on..maybe if I start using flickr my tank will look amazing....:shifty:

Cheers mate, I'll look out for them, unfortunately I can't use the wood for a while as my 5ft wont be going till next year and the conditions are I get rid of the 35 and 60 and there's a few more things I wanna try before that.

Flikr is good it doesn't down scale photo's. :)

lol AA.

You guys have the best stuff over in the UK. The wood really has serious scaping potential!

Yeah I have a few ideas for it but this 5ft 640L tank is having serious planning put in as I may enter it in IAPLC next year so will be a while till I get the ball rolling. :)

Now I can look at pictures :D

That wood is very cool, reminds me of moose antlers for some reason hehe

Lol, yeah it does a bit actually, I'm turning it up the other way and using it as banking in the tank to form a slope of tree roots and as its hollow I can fill with substrate and plant it too. :)

Given away enough now though, got a trip to TGM and AE for more hard scape too yet. :)

this tank's changed a little from what i remember :good: it still looks good though

Update time, growing in nicely, Staurgyne has taken off and the plants on the hard scape are growing fast, had a little hair algae but its trouble getting rid of as its in the moss so slight pain in the #17##### but never mind.

If you ever work out how to get hair algae out of moss then please do let me know. Blasting it with high flow in lower light seems to help but doesn't stop it completely.

Tank is looking nice though.
