She does look pregnant to me also, hubby and I have tons of guppies and we don't use the fish net breeder type items, we simply put alot of plants and leave them floating at the top, anarcharis, java fern, or some other varieties work just fine, the babies hide in the plants and we have never had trouble with the parents eating them.
