Possible Lice? What Treatment?

I have potentially got lice in my tank. how do i get rid if i have neon tetras, red cherry shrimp and assassin snails

Do you mean fish lice as in Argulus? If so read at both links below:

Ok they are not lice if they are supposed to be 1/4" these things are 1/2mm little white spots which move around. daphnia are bigger
