Think two, those links still don't work for me so I had to find the link direct to the home page for you site/image bank.

if it is link 2 then it has a large fantail goldfish poking it's head out the weeds infront of the carp......

i didn't have my hands in the ponds for any pics though!!

Yep, you have another monster! Common Carp.

Excellent he should get growing then :D

Thats my dads fault..we rehomed one of his friends ponds a while back and would of been from that batch.

Does look great at the moment whe it comes into the sun light the fins glow a lovely redish colour :)

I spotted the Soragoi in the sunlight this morning shining away!!and the goromo is in with the sarasa comet gang ;)

It's really annoying that the aka matsuba ogon barely ever comes out from under the oxygenating weed :( i thought a 5-6" koi (the goromo) would give it some confidence......the albino grass carp is the same size as it and is around all the time.

It never comes out, not evem before the cleaning? Very strange Koi are confident fish that are nearly always busy doing something. :)

Not really it would dash to behind the lady stand bit and hide then dash back to under the weed.

All it does now is sometimes wonderaorund before feeding then come up get some food then snap he's gone!! yesterday he just poked his head up on the edge to get the food so barely saw him :(

Just give him time, hopefully he will come round. My big guy in the 6,000 was very shy for about two months after we got him but now he is hand feeding. :D

Just done a feeding session and experimenting!!

They gobbled up he luncheon meat a treat and the large koi came up a bit more carmly to munch on that. Then I noticed Puss Puss(the cat) hadn't had all her good so they enjoyed a nice bit of felix in jelly. The albino grass carp got most of that i think, and then to top it off some cat biscuits some sank which the large koi popped his head out for and I left others floating. Couldn't see any mess left on the bottom either ;)

Is it ideal to have a 4ft deep pond or is 3ft good?

Just done some measuring and we can easily fit a 14x10ft pond infront of the house in, and at 4ft depth it would be 3500gallons which i think might be too big :/ or 2400gallons at 3ft which would probable a more comfortable size!!

Exactly, unless you have bottom drains and a very good filtration system that can often be the case.

Saw my matsuba swimming aorund this morning when i was up in my room, but when i went to feed he was still around..still dashed from the surface when i fed.

My waters still green and murky though...what can I do?
