Plant Donations

Hmm, is it possible to make it so that people's location from their profile is shown under the "Joined" in the user information about the poster? It would be quite useful if people forget to say where they are.

The only hitch is they can remove the comment.
Yes, there is that. Especially if it's negative... :/

I believe that has been suggested a number of times in the board suggestions... isn't it under discussion with the mods?

we did used to have the locations under the Avi, back before they switched layouts, think it is up for discussion again as it was very helpful :good:

Offered: 2 small sword plants. They were sold to me as Echinodorus bleheri, whether they actually are or not I am unsure, but they are tiny squat things. 2-3 inches across. One is quite healthy, the other needs a bit of tlc. I think they need to be in a tank with loads of space, and I don't have that!
Postage: free :)
Picture: not right now cuz I'm on my phone but will upload one later.

Erm... they should be. From what I can tell they should be ok in low tech...you'd better do some reading up on them though. Give them a Google :good:

As stated before I'd be interested in this, though if minnnt is also after one I'm happy to share :D.

I have a couple of amazon swords that are in there recovering from one of my other tanks which are doing nicely so should be ok. Will have a google though.

:good:

Sounds like it would be fine. http://www.aquaticcommunity.com/plants/bleheri.php

If wigster wants them both though then that is fine as it would save you postage Caz. :good:

You can have one each happily. I don't mind :) if you can pm me both your addresses I should be able to get them both posted in the morning :good: who wants to volunteer to have the poorly one?!

Send them both to Wigster Caz, i got plenty from Ian really. Only fair to let someone else benefit from this thread too!

Yes Caz, no worries. Hopefully going plant shopping tomorrow anyway for a few bits and pieces and i still have the moss from Ian to tie on.
