no, i did get the email from PFK and all the junk emails from people copying everyone else in with trivial bits and bobs!

I just havent had an email for delivery or anything yet!
 
I'm still waiting on my mail...and delivery :X

we never got the original or subsequent e-mails, which makes me think we're not getting it, but then again I set this up as a gift subscription for Ian not long after we got together, I didn't know his e-mail address at the time so couldn't give them it. So if they didn't have our address to e-mail too then we couldn't have got the e-mails. :rolleyes:

what if you ordered it first but don't have an e-mail address, then you wouldn't be on the list either but still should have got one. :/
 
well i am on the list but have not received a tank. (next to last mind you but i am on it ) easy to find going by my user name)

just a waiting game i suppose.

right, not bloody impressed now!

rang pfk subscriptions, our was ordered and sent out, latest date for delivery should have been the 17th Nov.

i said well it's not arrived we've not been ticketed or anything what's happened.

they were completely useless wouldn't give me the name or number for the delivery company so i could take it up with them, wouldn't even apologise or offer me any solution just said they haven't abny more so they can't send me one. wouldn't make any effort to sort out anything for me.

i'm absolutely fuming :angry: :angry: :angry:

anyway they've finally after much shouting given me stuart websters no, got a very unhepful person who seems incapable of taking a message on the phone. hopefully Stuart will call me back and sort something out

not v impressed at all :-(
 
if he dosent phone back in the next ten mins i`m caqnceling the subscriptions. I e-mailed him the other day and no reply. realy can`t be botherd with customer service thats this poo...

just called him, apparently the subscriptions people are talking rubbish, we're on the list and definately getting one, can't promise when but we will get one.

:)

oh and he apologised for not replying to e-mails, he's absolutely inundated with them and trying to work his way through them as quick as he can.

If it's of any help, the courier was APC, their phone number on the delivery note is: 0800 37 37 37. Could give them a call see if they have the order?

no i think they just meant that's the latest ours should have been ordered

apparently they're delivering aprox 120 a day at the moment to get them all out.
