oscars

ok i just checked and it is 120 gal, lol i thought it was 75

I have 1 Oscar and before getting him I did plenty of reading and all advice says that this size tank really only big enough for 1. 2 would be OK for a while but you would need to increase the tank size after a short while.

120g will support 2 Oscars for life quite happily. Would have been better if it was 5ft long and not as high, so giving them more swimming length, but it will be fine for them!!

yep 120 would be perfect, maybe a catfish or 2 would look nice in it aswell

sorry to drag this up again but from what you guys have said i think that i would put 2 oscars and a common pleco in it (thats if i get it, im definately getting a 4ft it's just the other dimentiond that im not sure about

Just sat here reading these and realised that i should have done A LOT more research b4 getting my 2 Albino Oscars and putting them in a 45g tank..... Does any1 think it would b wise 2 seperate them now..... They've been 2gether 4 a week and r only 3 inches!!!!! :*)

To CandyCo...I would seperate them, and that will buy them a little more time, but you still might have to upgrade to about a 75 once they get bigger.

ok now the hard part, talking my parents into getting it for me(its for christmas, they said i could get a 4ft so i want a big 4ft)
